4-1BB Ligand/TNFSF9 Antibody (TKS-1)

ELISA: 4-1BB Ligand/TNFSF9 Antibody (TKS-1) [NBP2-81115] - ELISA of anti-4-1BBL antibody on 4-1BBL-Fc fusion protein. Binding curves of the rabbit IgG chimeric version of the anti-4-1BBL antibody TKS-1 (NBP2-81115; red line) and isotype control (NBP2-52638, anti-Fluorescein; blue line) to an ELISA plate coated with mouse 4-1BBL Fc-fusion protein at a concentration of 5 ug/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10,000 to 0.17 ng/ml was performed using NBP2-81115. For signal detection, a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-fused anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used.
